Cement lining
The company has the equipment to do the cement lining for pipes
varying from 3 inch diameter to pipes, fittings and tanks of massive
size.
First the pipe is prepared by cleaning the surfaces as per the
requirement of the client by suitable methods. The pipe needs to be
sprayed with the right combination of cement, sand and water. The
spraying is monitored with a computer so that the desired uniform
coating is achieved. In continuation to the sprayed concrete ‘wet
system’ the pipe is passed through the pipeline to an air lining machine
and sprayed on to the walls of the pipe, while being winched through. At
the end of the airline machine a trowel is attached to smooth the mortar
then the pipe is rotated at selected high speeds to compact and smoothen
the surface.
